Performance under Pressure

Pressure has an impact on performance, whatever we are doing. It can drive us forward, and has been called ‘a privilege' but more often it gets in the way. As a Gazing Partner we start all of our Programmes with a frank acknowledgement of the pressures that teams have to face, and introduce a solid grounding of the fundamentals that help them cope with those pressures.

We call our model red2blue and it’s used by businesses, sports teams and other organisations operating in critical, high pressure environments all over the world. It doesn’t make the pressure go away, but it does help us shift attention into areas that will increase our chances of success.
